Our partners

Administrative management

An outsourced wine-estate back office supporting producers across France with their administration. Its team handles administrative and commercial assistance, customs and declaratory obligations (DAE, DRM), and export support.

Excise management

A tax representation firm certified by the French authorities, supporting businesses with their declaratory obligations for more than forty years. On that basis, it declares and pays the excise due in the destination country on behalf of producers and distributors.

Packaging

An Italian manufacturer, NakPack is the industry reference for packaging: a breakage rate of 0.003% (1 bottle in 33,000) and more than 25 million bottles shipped worldwide.

Insurance

Ad valorem cover on your shipments — up to the declared value of the bottles, beyond carriers’ statutory compensation caps. The guarantee covers breakage, loss, and theft during transit.

Less road, less plastic.

One road leg fewer.

The usual logistics chain includes a loop that is not essential: the provider collects your bottles with its own vehicles, stores them, then the carrier comes to pick them up at the warehouse.

Vastorg removes that loop. The carrier collects your parcels directly from your premises and takes them to its hub.

Plastic-free packaging.

NakPack cartons, which you can order from your client area, are made of board with 80% recycled fibres, without synthetic glues, certified Plastic Free and recyclable at level A of the Aticelca system. Their format is sized to the strict minimum needed to protect the bottles, which also reduces the shipped volume.
